Currently 1Journal is only available in an unsupported beta version for the Apple Mac platform. This is a universal binary and it should run on Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger), 10.5 (Leopard) and 10.6 (Snow Leopard) with either an Intel or PPC processor.

End User License Agreement for 1Journal v0.9.1 Free Version (for Apple Mac computers)
This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Awake Software for the use of 1Journal Free Version 0.9.1 ("SOFTWARE" or "SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
LICENSE GRANT
This agreement gives you the following rights:
- You may freely use the SOFTWARE for an unlimited time. - You may redistribute the SOFTWARE as long as you distribute the whole installation package as you received it. - You may freely copy, modify, extend, reformat, and redistribute any of the prompts included with the software in whatever format you deem most desirable.
LIMITATIONS - You may not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. - Awake Software may terminate this license agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Awake Software. However, you may make as many copies of this version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as you wish as long as you redistribute the entire installation package. No direct PRODUCT support is promised for the free version of this product. However, Awake Software welcomes any comments or suggestions. EXPORT NOTICE You agree that you will not export or re-export these products to any country, person, entity or end user subject to U.S.A. export restrictions. Restricted countries currently include, but are not necessarily limited to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Syria and Afghanistan. You warrant and represent that neither the U.S.A. Bureau of Export Administration nor any other federal agency has suspended, revoked or denied your export privileges.
